FOR THE SUP ATHLETES
For those already dedicated to SUP Racing/Surfing – you will try different SUP Training routines both in & out water. Will discover new ways of “feeling” your gear and what to focus on when you’re paddling to maximize balance, stability and speed.
FOR THE SUP INSTRUCTORS
This workshop will give you new tools to work with your clients and open your eyes for new SUP coaching oportunities.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Functional Paddling isn’t bootcamp. Our workshops are filled with moments of instruction, mindfulness, and personal practice. We take the pacing and fitness levels of all participants to heart.
